I’m a Quantity Surveyor, financial educator, and writer based in Sydney. I help expats and solo homeowners navigate complex financial transitions — from pensions and property to cross-border financial decisions — with tools designed to bring calm, clarity, and structure to chaos.

My career began in law, shifted into construction, and evolved through expat life, burnout, solo homeownership, and starting over more than once. Through it all, one truth became clear:

In my work as a QS, I’ve managed multimillion-dollar budgets and commercial risk. I use those same systems — forecasting, cost control, value engineering — to build tools that help individuals make confident choices about money, property, and planning.
